Admission
The number of classes in the Education Department of Alamal Special Education Institute is (9), the number of classes in the Vocational Department is (5), and the total number of classes is (14).
The teaching system of the academy follows individual education in the form of skills in all subjects of the special education program.
The vocational department teaches students aged 12-15 and above, with 50% academic subjects and 50% vocational subjects.
Requirements
1. The child must have a mild mental disability and not be accompanied by other disabilities.
2. The students’ ages should range between the ages of (6-12) in the educational department, and from the age of (12-15) in the vocational department.
3. The child must be free from infectious diseases.
4. The child must be Arab.
5. Parents’ cooperation with the administrative and educational body is a prerequisite for admission.
6. Accepting the student for a trial period of three months at the institute to ensure that the services provided to the student suit his abilities and capabilities.
